'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria' originated from a modest vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Dublin. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizza place began as a quaint, family-operated business, carrying forward recipes that have been passed down from one generation to the next.
Margherita Bianchi, our creator, mastered the craft of pizza during her Italian sojourns, gleaning knowledge from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the acknowledged cradle of pizza. After arriving back in the UK, she was impassioned to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, sticking with age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
From our humble beginnings with only 12 seats, we've flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness endures. We continue the tradition of wood-fired ovens, produce our dough from scratch every day, and selectively source the best ingredients available.
Today, 'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria' is still a family enterprise, with the Bianchi family's next generation steering our fervent crew. Although we've adopted some contemporary advancements, our ethos remains unchanged: crafting delicious, traditional pizza that unites diners.
